Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends) of purchase, unless we have a issue with your order or need additional verification. You will automatically receive an email when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number which you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment.

During Holidays & Sale Events Shipping Time May Change Due to Volume. During these events we ask for you patience.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

What shipping methods do you use? How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States where the merchandise total is over $150.

For orders under $150, we offer standard flat rate shipping for $6.95 Most of our packages are sent out via the United States Postal Service and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

For expedited shipping within the continental United States we offer Express shipping for $52.50 which takes 1-2 business days to arrive after it has been shipped. (Please also add 1-2 days for processing time.)

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

PRE ORDER

Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items Title and description at time of purchase.

Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order. We recommend making two Separate orders for Pre Order items and In-Stock Items.

Please Note: estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

Should the date Change on Pre Order Item, we will update you via email.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility.
