What is your Return policy?
Here at Mixed Emotions Boutique we issue store credit only
-NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds are not available.You will receive a store credit for the original amount paid. It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your store credit once we receive items.
If you would like to make a return, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:
Returns are accepted on items received within 7 days of the original ship date. Returns are accepted on items that are in original condition with any original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
